Bio-Sketch
Dr. Naval Garg is an Associate Professor (HR & OB) at the Department of Management Studies, NSUT. Previously, he was associated with Delhi Technological University, New Delhi and the Oriental Insurance Company Limited. He is a prominent researcher and features in world’s top 2% researcher (Stanford University list). His research areas include workplace spirituality, gratitude, scale development, and Indian knowledge system. He has around 80 Scopus-indexed articles with an h-index of 26 (till April 2025).
