Biosketch
Dr. Aashimais an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management Studies, NetajiSubhas University of Technology, New Delhi. She has earlier worked with Jaipuria Institute of Management Noida, ManavRachna International Institute of Research and Studies, and Delhi Institute of Advanced Studies (affiliated to GGSIPU). She has completed her Ph.D. from Delhi Technological University. She did her graduation and post-graduation from University of Delhi. She is JRF qualified in Commerce. In 2023, she was awarded with “Commendable Research Award” by Delhi Technological University. She has contributed several research papers to SCI, SCIE, and SSCI indexed journals published by reputed publishers such as Springer, Wiley, and Sage Publications. She has also presented her research work at various reputed national and international conferences. Her research interests primarily lie in the areas of health expenditure financing, health insurance, out-of-pocket health expenditure, and public health.
