Dr. Ruchika Gahlot is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management Studies, NetajiSubhas University of Technology (formerly NetajiSubhas Institute of Technology), New Delhi. She is a seasoned academician and researcher with over 13 years of teaching experience in the field of Finance and Management. She brings deep expertise in Financial Management, Accounting and Taxation Law. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from MITS (Deemed University), Rajasthan. She is also UGC-NET qualified in both Commerce and Management, and a recipient of the prestigious Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).
Her research interests lie in stock markets, investment strategies, financial derivatives, and economic policy analysis. She has authored more than 25 peer-reviewed research papers, with several indexed in Scopus, ABDC, and UGC Care, and has presented her work at international conferences including EuroMed, IIT Kharagpur, and various national forums.She has also contributed to academia through the publication of multiple books, including Futures Trading and Indian Stock Market, and co-authored titles on Indian banking and retail finance.
